Early reservations are essential. A deposit of $350.00 is required to secure your reservation and a complete tour application must be submitted. You may make monthly payments. The balance is due 60 days prior departure. Tour documents will be sent to you (10) days prior to departure.

Deposits and other payments are non-refundable, in addition to Optional Tours 30 days after the initial deposit. But, deposits and other payments can be transferable towards a future trip. No refunds will be made for transportation services due to flights missed or delayed, unoccupied hotel accommodations, missed sightseeing tours and meals. All cancellations must be received in writing. Should the trip fail to achieve minimum participants, Nubian Travels reserves the right to cancel the tour and refund in full deposits and all other payments. No exceptions for cancellations and refunds policy.   

There will be a charge of $50.00 for each minor/major additional revision or change.

Responsibility of Nubian Travel is limited. Nubian Travels acts only as a promotion, marketing, sales agent as well as an agent for passenger(s) with respect to the hotels, sightseeing tours, tour transportation, (whether by air, rail, ship or bus). Nubian Travels hold itself free of responsibility of any damages, death, loss, accident or delay from any cause outside its activities. Nubian Travels and/or its agents shall not be responsible for inconveniences caused by late departures, schedule changes, strikes, civil disturbances, hostilities, act of war, weather or other acts beyond our control. Nor shall Nubian Travels be responsible for loss of damages to baggage or any of the tour participant's belongings. Nubian Travels further reserves the right to decline, to accept or retain any passenger with health, mental condition or physical infirmity that impede the operation of the tour or the rights of enjoyment of other tour members. Nubian Travels reserves the right to change tour itineraries and any tour components whenever deemed necessary. Payment of deposit for the tour signifies full understanding and acceptance of the above-mentioned conditions.

Purchase of insurance is mandatory. Insurance covers trip cancellation and interruption, baggage damage or loss and health insurance to safeguard your vacation. Purchase of insurance shall be an additional cost to the participant. Clients that already have existing travel insurance will be required to sign a waiver.

 

All gratuities will be assessed to the passengers. The tour manager will distribute all gratuities.

Package prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Airfare and land packages are subject to change without notice due to inflation.

Excess baggage charges, taxi, train, laundry, travel insurance, personal items, liquor, telephone calls or optional sightseeing tours. And, any items not specifically listed on the itinerary.

All passengers must have a valid passport (valid for at least six months from your scheduled return date). In countries where a Visa is required Nubian Travel will procure the Visa, the cost of the Visa will be assessed to the passenger. Otherwise, the passenger will be given information about how to obtain the Visa at his/her own expense.

The final decisions will be the tour director's regarding services in all matters pertaining to the tour.

Complete tour packages include round-trip travel on scheduled flights in economy/coach class where noted. Flight times are not guaranteed and are the passenger(s) responsibility to confirm all flight times. If for any reason you lose your schedule airline ticket, you will have to purchase a new ticket at your own expense.

Deluxe room with private bath on the basis of two persons sharing a room. Single room supplementary will be an additional cost. The latter fee simply pays for privacy and not for better accommodations.

Daily Continental Breakfast and Dinner where noted on the itinerary. Any additional foods, beverages or liquor are not included in the tour and if purchased by passenger(s) you will pay the additional cost.

Airport transfers are on arrival and departure flights only. And, airfare and bus transportation (modern & air-conditioned) throughout the tour where noted on the itinerary.

Passengers are allowed two pieces of checked luggage. In addition to checked baggage, passengers are allowed one carry-on bag. Federal regulations require that all luggage must be checked.

Nubian Travels and/or their agents act only in capacity as agents for the passenger in all matters connected with hotel lodgings, sightseeing tours & transportation whether by air, rail, bus, motorcar, boat or any other means and as agent holds itself free of responsibility for any damage occasioned by any cause. Nubian Travels and or its agents will not be responsible for any damages or expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of schedule, strikes or to their conditions, nor will be responsible for loss of damage to baggage or any of the passenger's belongings.

All prices quoted are correct at the time displayed on the website and brochure printing, include the cost of operation of the tours, and are subject to currency and airfare changes. Nubian Travels, its parent corporation and affiliates, officers, servants, employees, and agents shall not be responsible for personal injury, death or property damage as a result of force majeure, acts of war, terrorist or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or tour participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for or on behalf of Nubian Travels for transportation, accommodations or sightseeing provider or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered in connection with these tours.

Any dispute arising out of these tours must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the completion of the tour and will be settled by arbitration within the City of New York.

The tours are operated in conjunction with other agencies/tour operators under the above same application terms & conditions.
